How does hirez work?

By utilising AI, LinkedIn and the crowd, we are changing hiring forever. The recruitment sector has a 43% staff turnover ratio. Recruiters leave because most agencies have a sales-based environment not a sourcing one. 37% of candidates recommend other candidates to agencies who they subsequently place, yet the recommender (VR) receives nothing. Yet, 56% of UK companies still have to use agencies as the can’t find candidates. hirez has rewritten the rule book. We engage with ex-recruiters and many other professions who help source candidates via LinkedIn, GitHub, job boards etc.. and instead of keeping the majority of the fee, we distribute 70% of the fee to both the recommender and the successfully hired candidate.

Why are your fees so low?
