T&C’s FOR COMPANIES
theGrid has just a handful of T&C’s for companies to tick because theGrid is based on sharing economy principles, trust, kindness and doing the right thing.
The Company shall pay theGrid online in accordance with the fee percentage selected (2.5%-14%), whether directly or indirectly any candidate first introduced by theGrid online is hired within a 9 month period from the date of theGrid online's Introduction.
theGrid will pay any successful candidate hired equal commission over a 3 month period, depending on payment and the fee percentage agreed. If the Company forgoes the rebate period, theGrid online will pay the full candidate bonus immediately after the fee has been paid by the Company to theGrid.
The company will notify theGrid of all candidate liaison, interviews, rejections and offers undertaken by the Company.
theGrid shall not be liable under any circumstances for any loss, expense, damage, delay, costs or compensation (whether direct, indirect or consequential) which may be suffered or incurred by the Company.
All information given by theGrid about a Candidate is given in good faith and the Company shall be responsible for obtaining all work, security and other permits.
