VR Terms and Conditions
The Virtual Recruiter (VR) agrees to the following;
Ownership of the candidate is on a “first comes first served” basis
The VR can only recommend a candidate to theGrid for a specific IT vacancy or if the VR would like to send the candidate to a specific hiring company
If another VR recommends a previously registered candidate but for a different vacancy and the candidate is hired, then this VR will split the commission 50/50 with either the VR that initially made the recommendation or with theGrid.
The commission owed to the VR is 70% of the fee charged by theGrid. If the candidate is entitled to commission, this commission is deducted before the 70% is worked out.
Payment of VR commission is dependant on the fee and probation period selected by the hiring company. Equal amounts will be paid over that probation period.
theGrid will require a National Insurance or limited company number to make all payments.
The VR will not try to contact the hiring company directly when working with theGrid.
theGrid will keep the VR updated on all hiring life-cycle activity for all of the VR’s recommended candidates.
If a candidate registers within 90 days of the VR recommending them, yet the candidate doesn’t upload the VR’s details, theGrid will inform both the VR and the candidate and theGrid will still honour any commission owed to the VR.
